You can always go as a Raggedy Ann, and this is how. First you need to do some shopping, or if you can find these things in your closet even better. Look for a dress in a polka dot or fancy print and get a see through apron and put it over the dress. Look for some red stockings or tights and a black slip to go on your shoes.
