Simple Homemade Halloween Costumes
Homemade Halloween costumes can be whatever you desire for. Almost any costume can be homemade, off course they would not look the same as the ones bought in the store, but if you start your preparation a lot more sooner, it will look like the original, the only difference would be the satisfaction that you will receive after having made one on your own.
You can make a black cat costume which is probably one of the simplest homemade Halloween costumes!. The ears you make just stick to a headband. Then with the black eyeliner draw whiskers and a cat nose on your face. The tail you will make from the same material that you used for the ears and you just pin it to your back. Wear a simple black outfit, find some old black T-shirt or a jumper and some leggings.
For witch costume you will need some extra time. The hat is very important, but it is a bit difficult to make, so just take any old black hat, take some black material and pin it on the edges shaping it to look like a spike. Than take some old clothes and tear it up on the edges and brims, to look spookier. It would be great if you can find a broom to carry and than put a lot of make up, especially dark colors.
Cavemen and cavewomen are always the easier choice and give you a lot of space for creativity. All you need is some animal print fabric to make togas and then you can play with your hair to make it cavemen look. And don’t forget to carry clubs.
Ghost, vampires, zombies are always easy to make and because many people want something more original they tend to choose something else. The thing is that you can make your monsters look a lot more attractive. Dress them up, put some make up on them and you’ll get a completely new kind of Halloween haunters.
Many families respect the old tradition customs like it was in the old times. So that is why they make their own Halloween costume. Now you may think that this is boring and not interesting, but once you start you will realize that it is actually a lot of fun.
